冷习服对机体氨基酸代谢的影响

Effect of Cold Adaptation on Metabolism of Amino Acid

  • 摘要: 以南方籍新兵为受试对象,观察冷习服对机体氨基酸代谢的影响.结果表明,冷习服前后各种必需氨基酸摄取量均在正常标准之上,超出供给量的5~10倍.只有蛋氨酸的摄取量,冷习服后较冷习服前有所减低,但仍在正常范围之内.摄入热能在正常范围.经过一个月的耐寒锻炼取得冷习服,血清支链氨基酸明显变化,除甘氨酸、结氨酸、精氨酸、丝氨酸、胱氨酸(Gly、Ser、Cys)明显减少,除蛋氨酸(Met)外其他支链氨基酸均有明显增高.血清亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、丙氨酸、苏氨酸(Leu、Ile、Ala、Thr、Val、Arg、Pro)水平在冷习服后均有明显的升高(P<0.05),说明冷习服后氨基酸的代谢有明显增强.目前部队的膳食结构和组成有助于加速冷习服的建立.

     

    Abstract: The effect of cold adaptation on metabolism of amino acid was studied among the new male soldiers coming from the southern China in this paper.The results indicate that before and after the cold adaptation,all essential amino acid were taken in normal level,all but methionine were more 5~10 times than that of given.A bsorbed caloricity was at normal level.After cold adaptation was obtained,by one month cold training,the offshoot amino acid were changed obviously in the serum,Gly,Ser and Cys were decreased distinctly,all other offshoot amino acid except Met were increased evidently.The level of Leu,Ile,Ala Val,Arg,Pro and Thr were raised obviously after cold adaptation in the serum(P<0.05).These results showed that after cold adaptation,the metabolism of amino acid was enhanced evidently.Presently,the military meals are helpful to adapt cold.
