吸烟和缺碘对育龄妇女甲状腺和卵巢功能联合作用

The Joint Action of Smoke Inhalation and Iodine Deficiency to Child Bearing Women’s Thyroid and Ovary Function

  • 摘要: 采用析因分析观察缺碘(ID)和吸烟(SI)对育龄妇女甲状腺和卵巢功能的联合作用.结果表明:ID和SI双因素使血液中游离甲状腺素(FT4)和雌二醇(E2)含量明显降低;FT3、促甲状腺素(TSH)和甲状腺球蛋白(TG)含量明显增高(P<0.01),SI亦有类似作用.提示:缺碘者吸烟会干扰女性卵细胞发育,对受孕和胚胎缺碘会造成潜在影响,对她们进行碘保护尤为重要.

     

    Abstract: This paper adopted facto-rfactorial design principle and observe the coexist of iodine deficiency(ID)and smoke inhalation (SI)had jointaction to young womens thyroid and o vary function.The results showed that two FT4,FT3 content and E2 content decreased with two fators(Pav<0.01);TSH and TG contents increased.Smoke inhalation had the same actions,but these can not show with simple iodine deficiency.This pointed out that iodine deficiency and smoke inhalation and simple smoke inhalation can affect female hormone,and may affect the normal development of ovum somake latent effect on pregnant or iodine deficiency of embryo.In the are a of iodine deficiency,it is more necessary to give smoke inhalation women iodine protects.
