从革螨、恙螨单层细胞中分离和检出HFRSV基因的研究

Study on Detection of Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome Virus Gene in Cultured Cells of Gasmid Mites and Chigger Cgigger Mites

  • 摘要: 为探讨HFRSV在螨体组织细胞内的定位,采用螨单层细胞培养观察HFRSV.结果发现:24小时后螨单层细胞生长良好,15天生长旺盛,20天有少量细胞病变、脱落;15天和20天可从贴壁细胞检测出HFRSV.经PCR扩增鉴定,革螨和恙螨所携带的HFRSV其抗原性一致.表明革螨、恙螨体内有HFRSV存在.

     

    Abstract: To study the location of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome virus(HFRSV)in mites cells,one layer cells were cultured. The results showed the one layer cells of mites were growing well in 24h,had vigorous growth in 15 days,and cells occurred pathological changes and dropped in 20 days. HFRSV could be detected after cultured 15~20 days. The antigenicity of HFRSV in gasmid mites and chigger mites were the same. All the above demonstrate HFRSV located in gasmid mite and chigger mite.
