A Weibull Model of the Survival Time Distribution of Gastric Cancer

摘要: 提出一种对胃癌生存时间作分布拟合时估计参数的简便方法并用于拟合长乐市的胃癌生存时间分布.该方法采用非参数方法估计危险率函数,用直线回归的方法估计Weibull模型的参数.结果表明,采用本文的简便方法建立的Weibull模型能够很好的拟合长乐市胃癌病例的生存情况,长乐市胃癌生存时间分布属减速死亡模型.

Abstract: This paper proposes a simple method to fit the sarvival time distribution of gastric cancer in Changle.By using non-parameter method and linear regression the parameters in the Weibull model are estimated.The results show that the Weibull model fitting by this method is suitable to the sample and the hazard function of gastric cancer cases in Changle is decrease with time increasing.
