高碘对仔鼠脑发育影响的实验研究

The Effect of High Iodine on Brain of Young Mouse

  • 摘要: 观察高碘对仔鼠大脑发育的影响.实验分为高碘组和适碘组,分别饮含碘50μg/L,3000μg/L的去离子水.喂满3月龄,令雌雄同笼,观察仔鼠的大脑发育情况.结果高碘组15日龄和30日龄仔鼠大脑和海齿绝对重量及相对重量低于适碘组,但尚无统计学意义.图象分析表明:高碘组仔鼠大脑皮质层锥体细胞平均体积、平均表面积和体密度减小(P<0.05),而数密度和比表面积增大(P<0.05),提示锥体细胞发育落后.结论表明高碘对仔鼠大脑发育有一定的损伤作用.

     

    Abstract: To study the effect of high iodine on brain and intelligence development.Method The mice were divided into two groups. One group drank deionic water with 50μg/L,the other drank deionic water with 3000μg/L.After the third month,the mice mated and the young mice were obser ved.Results The absolute and relative weight of brain and hippocampus were lighter in high iodine group,but no statistical difference.The stereological analysis demontrated that the mean volume and surface of cortex pyramidal cells in high iodine g roup were smaller than that in middle iodine group(P<0.05).But the number density of cortex py ramidal cells in high iodine group was higher(P<0.05).It suggested that the development of poyramidal cells in high iodine group was retarded.Conclusion High iodine may have injury on the brain of young mice.
