藻类毒素MCLR通过受体途径致发肿瘤

Study on the MCLRs Causing Tumor through Special Receptor

  • 摘要: 为研究小鼠肝脏中是否存在MCLR受体,通过I125标记MCLR示踪,分析小鼠各脏器中MCLR的特异性分布,以及根据受体识别标准研究小鼠肝脏匀浆中MCLR的特异性结合组分.结果表明,MCLR在小鼠脏器中存在差别性分布,与肝脏匀浆中结合因子的结合符合受体特征;结论:小鼠肝脏中存在MCLR受体,提示MCLR的新的毒理途径.

     

    Abstract: Use method of I125 labeled MCLR to detect the special distributing pattern in mice organ and special MCLR receptor binding factor in mice hepatocyte.Results show that MCLR was accumulated in mice liver and kidney maybe due to special MCLR receptor presented on the surface of hepatocyte.The receptor identification suggested that new tox routine of MCLRcs tumor promoting activity.
