  • 摘要: 目的: 论述病例对照研究设计中样本大小与统计功效估计方法.方法: 采用常用便于编写电脑软件的计算公式.结果: 作了较清晰说明,并列举了示例结果.

     

    Abstract: In this papper,some methods estimating sample size and statistical power in non-matched and matched case-control designs,are described.
