Abstract:
Objective To investigate the apo-B gene polymorphism characters of cerebral infarction in Tianjin area.
Methods PCR was used to compare apo-B gene expression in patients with cerebral infarction and control by case-control study.
Results The major gene expression among the case and control groups were E

-,the relative frequency of E

+ in case was outstanding higher than the control.The level of apo-A in patients with E
+ gene expression was significantly higher than that with E
- gene expression.The level of apo-A in patients with X
+ gene expression was significantly lower than that with X
- gene expression.The level of apo-B in patients with X
+ gene expression was significantly higher than that with X
- gene expression.
Conclusion The usual gene expression in Tianjin area were E
