微电流协同低浓度氯对脊髓灰质炎Ⅰ型病毒的灭活作用

Virucidal Effect of Low Amperage Direct Currennt in Combination with Low Level Chlorine for Poliovirus Ⅰ Type in Water

  • 摘要: 目的观察微电流与游离氯对水中脊髓灰质炎Ⅰ型病毒(PV1)的协同灭活效果.方法用微电流0.4~.2mA·cm-2协同氯0.2mg·L-1处理污染PV1水样,比较作用前后灭活率K值评价灭活效果,用透射电镜观察病毒形态变化.结果电流密度达到1.2mA·cm-2与0.2mg·L-1氯对水中PV1有协同灭活效应,与单独氯相比有显着差别,增加了氯的灭活效果,微电流作用后透射电镜下病毒颗粒集聚程度降低.结论微电流协同氯可提高低浓度氯灭活水中病毒的效果.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the synergetic virucidal effect by low amperage direct currennt(DC)and free chlorine (FC)for poliovirus Type(PV1)in water.MethodsWater samples polluted PV1 was treated by 0.4-1.2mA·cm-2 LDC and 0.2mg·L-1 FC.Inactivation efficacy was estimated by comparing inactiv ation rates K value and morphologic changes were observed under trasmission electron microscope(TEM).ResultsThere was synergetic effect of inactivating viruses by DC amounting to 1.2 mA·cm-2 or abov e in combination with 0.2mg·L-1 FC,and synergetic inactivation was significant difference in comparison with FC alone(P<0.05).Under TEM viral gathering grain tended to deco ncentration after treated by DC.ConclusionDCmight enhance vir ucidal effect of low level chlorine for poliovirus Ⅰ Type in water.
