甲状腺机能减退大鼠脑发育临界期神经元超微结构变化

Changes of Neuronal Ultrastructure During Brain Developmental Critical Periods of Experimental Hypothyroid Rats

  • 摘要: 目的为甲减时神经元发育障碍的发病机理研究提供形态学实验资料.方法利用他巴唑诱导建立实验性甲状腺机能减退大鼠动物模型.观察甲减新生鼠脑发育临界期神经元超微结构的变化.结果甲减时有大量暗细胞;线粒体数目明显减少,线粒体肿胀,嵴消失;粗面内质网扩张,核糖体脱失,游离;部分核溶解,坏死;突触数目减少,突触前后膜不清,突触间隙消失.结论甲减时,神经元超微结构有明显的异常.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveThis was the morphological report that leading to neuron developmental retardation in experimental hypothyroid rats.MethodThe effects of thyriod hormones deficiency on neuronal ultrastructure was observed during brain developmental critical periods of experimental hypothyroid rats by means of pre-treatment with Thiamazole.ResultsThe results showed that there were a large number of dark cells;The Mitochondria and Rough endoplasmic reticulm swelled, ribosome detached and isolated;parts of nucleus necrosis;The membranes of pre-synaptic and post-synaptic were not clear and synaptic cleft disappeared.ConclusionNeuronal ultrastructure was obviously abnormity in experimental rats.
