江苏省混配农药中毒流行病学调查报告

Report on Epidemiologic Survey of Pesticide Mixtures Poisoning in Jiangsu Province

  • 摘要: 目的为研究混配农药中毒的发病情况和危险因素,提出预防方案以降低混配农药中毒发病率.方法对1102名混配农药施药者(接触组)和1260名单一农药施药者(对照组)进行了流行病学调查.结果接触组中毒发病率显着高于对照组(P<0.05),接触组与对照组在施药前后血红细胞胆硷酯酶抑制无显着性差异,施药多少、操作方式等指标是影响农药中毒发生的危险因素.结论接触混配农药发生中毒的危险性比有机磷单一农药高4.5倍.并提出了预防措施.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the incidence and risk factors of pesticde mixtures poisoning,and raise a preventive plan for reducing the morbidity of pesticide mixtures poisoning.MethodsThose 1 102 pesticide mixtures sprayers(exposure group)and 1 260 single pesticide sprayers(control group)were investigated by means of epidemiologic methods.ResultsThe incidence of exposure group was sig nificantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the differences of the AchE inhibiting rate before or after spraying were no significance between exposure group and control group.Ten indexes,such as the spraying quantity and ways of pesticide using were the main risk factors causing pesticide poisoning.ConclusionThe risk exposing to pesticide mixtures was 4.5 times higher than that of single pesticide.Preventive measurements were raised.
