慢性病流行病学研究的带时依变量多状态Cox回归模型

Multistate Cox Model with Time-dependent Covariates for Epidemiological Study on Chronic Diseases

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨带时依变量多状态Cox回归模型在慢性病流行病学研究中的推广应用.方法 介绍带时依变量多状态Cox回归模型的基本原理,并将它应用于2型糖尿病不同发展阶段影响因素的探讨.结果 应用带时依变量多状态Cox回归模型探讨2型糖尿病不同发展阶段的影响因素,取得了较为满意的效果.结论 带时依变量多状态Cox回归模型可以作为慢性病流行病学研究中的一种有效工具.

     

    Abstract: Objective To accelerate the generalization and application of multistate Cox model with time-dependent covariates during the epidemiological studies on chronic diseases.Methods Firstly introducing the basic principle of multistate Cox model with time-dependent covariates,and then applying to factors in influencing the various stages of type diabetes mellitus.Results The results gained by applying multistate Cox model with time-dependent covariates to study facotrs influencing the various stages of type 2 diabetes mellitus are satisfying.Conclusion Multistate Cox model with time-dependnet covariates is an avaliable tool during epidemiological study on chronic diseases.
