食用甜荞麦与人群血脂关系的流行病学研究

Epidemiological Study on Relationship Between Taking Sweet Buckwheat and Human’s Blood-Lipid

  • 摘要: 目的 以人群为观察对象,从流行病学的角度来研究食用甜荞麦与人群血脂的关系.方法 于1997年6~9月,采用标准化方法,对内蒙古通辽市甜荞麦产区和非甜荞麦产区的居民进行了人群血脂的检测,统计分析采用协方差分析及标化率方法.结果 调整了年龄构成不同之后,主食甜荞麦地区人群TC和LDL-C平均水平明显低于非主食甜荞麦地区人群;HDL-C平均水平则主食甜荞麦地区人群明显高于非主食甜荞麦地区人群;主食甜荞麦地区人群的TC、TG和LDL-C的标化率及高血脂标化率明显低于非主食甜荞麦地区的人群.结论 食用甜荞麦可降低人群血脂水平和高血脂率.

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the relat ionship between taking sw eet buckwheat and human's blood-lipid by use of epidemiology.Methods Blood-lipid of residents who lived in sweet-buckwheat producing areas and residents whodid not was detected by standar dized method from June to Spetember of 1997.Analysis of covariance and standardized rate were used to statistical analysis.Results TC and LDL-C of residents who lived on sweet buckw heat were apparently lower than residents who did not after regulating age.HDL-C showed oposite results.Standardized rate of TC,TG and LDL-C as well as hyperlipemia of residents who lived on sweet buckw heat was much lower than residents who did not.Conclusion Human's blood-lipid and hyperlipemia rate could be lowered by taking sweet buckw heat.
