气相色谱法同时测定水中乙醛、丙烯醛

Determination of Acetaldehyde,Acrolein in Source Water by Gas Chromatography

  • 摘要: 目的 介绍一种同时测定饮用水源水中乙醛、丙烯醛的方法.方法 采用简便、快速、灵敏的气相色谱法.结果 最低检出限乙醛为0.2ng,丙烯醛为0.452ng,精密度乙醛、丙烯醛在4.15%~5.46%;回收率为94%~102.4%.结论 本方法能够满足生活饮用水卫生规范的要求.

     

    Abstract: Objective To present the method for determining acetaldehyde,acrolein in source water directly in same time.Methods The gas chromatography rapidity and sensitivity and fairly good precision was used.Results The detection limits were 0.2ng,0.452ng for acetaldehyde,acrolein.The rates of recovery were 94%-102.4% and coefficients of variation were 4.15%-5.46%.Conclusion This method can be up to the requirement of sanitary standards for drinking water.
