颤藻粗提物对小鼠肝毒性及SOD活性影响研究

Algae Hepatotoxicity and Superoxide Dismutase ( SOD ) Activity Induced by Oscillatoria-extract in Mouse

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨同安肝癌高发区颤藻粗提物对肝脏的毒性作用及对体内SOD活性的影响。方法 颤藻粗提物经腹腔注射染毒小鼠,共3周。每周随机处死5只动物,称肝重、体重,测全血和肝SOD活性。结果 实验组小鼠生长缓慢,肝脏肿大,肝脏系数增高。染毒3周末,实验组小鼠肝重1.93±0.11,肝脏系数6.11±0.20;对照组分别为1.59±0.19和4.33±0.34,有显着性差异(P<0.05).肝和全血SOD活性染毒一周后明显下降,第二周起又回升至原有水平,直到实验结束。病理检查可见肝细胞变性坏死,小叶静脉充血,炎性细胞浸润。结论 同安区颤藻粗提物对肝脏有明显损伤作用,对体内SOD活性也有一定影响。同安区水环境颤藻毒素污染与肝癌高发的关系值得进一步探讨。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study hepatotoxicity and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity produced by oscillatoria-extract in vivo.Methods Hepatotoxicity and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of oscillatoria-extract were detected by ip in mice.Results The liver weights were increased consistently during three weeks treatment.It was showed in histology study thathepatocytes swelling,necrosis and congestion with blood in venae interlobares hepatis.The SOD activity of liver and blood decreased after one week treatment but increased the following two weeks treatment.Conclusion Oscillatoria-extract had obvious hepatotoxicity and a certain lipid peroxiodation effect in vivo.The relationship between oscillatoriales pollution in water and hepatocarcinoma prevalence in Tongan area needed further research.
