昆虫病毒杀虫剂的安全性实验研究

Experimental Studies on Safety of Virus-insect Pesticides

  • 摘要: 目的 了解昆虫病毒杀虫剂的安全性。方法 通过对棉铃虫核型多角体病毒、茶小卷叶蛾颗粒体病毒、苜蓿银蚊夜蛾核型多角体病毒、菜青虫病毒、松毛虫质型多角体病毒、蟑螂细小病毒以及棉铃虫病毒的两种基因重组工程体8种昆虫病毒杀虫剂进行安全性实验研究。结果 表明它们均无毒性、无致病性、无致敏反应、无致突变和无致畸性,相对于化学农药更为安全。结论 不产生不良作用或影响是昆虫病毒的宿主专一,作用特异性强的感染性状决定的。对其远期危害及安全性的探讨,仍是必须予以密切注视和进一步研究的。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the safety of virus-insect pesticides,the safety tests of the 8 virus-insect pesticides were carried out.Methods They were HaN PV,Ao Gv,AcMN PV,Pr GDFV,DtCPV,ssDNA and 2 genetic engineering of HaNPV.Results They had no toxicities,pathogenic,reproduction toxicities,mutagenicities and anaphylactic reation.They are safer than chemistry pesticides.The reason was that these virus only attacked their host and insection was characteristic.Conclusion Because it is impossible to be forcasted on the heredity and mutation,large quanties of virus releasing and the expression of engineering virus.It must make further studies and their forward harm must be attentively watched.
