神经网络辅助糖尿病筛查的应用研究

Screening Diabetes Mellitus with Artificial Neural Network as Assistant Tool

  • 摘要: 目的 研究采用神经网络降低糖尿病筛查成本,改进糖尿病防治策略。方法 以神经网络作为初筛手段,将血糖测定值作为实际输出、以误差反向传播网通过对经年龄、家族史、身高、体重、腰围、臀围等6个指标拟合获得预测结果,比较二者之间的差别。结果 只需测定目标人群中549%的个体的血糖值即可检出90%的血糖异常者。结论 神经网络辅助糖尿病筛查可大幅降低糖尿病筛查成本,是一个很有前途的糖尿病防治新方法。

     

    Abstract: Objective To improve the preventive strategy of diabetes mellitus,reduce tbe cost of screening diabetes mellitus.Methods With neural network as the primary tool,the value of OGTT 2h blood glucose is adopted as the expected out-put.the fitting results of neural network based on age,DM family record,height,weight,waistline and seat circumference as the practical results,compared the differences between them.Results 90% DM can be found by testing the value of blood glucose of 54.9% of target population.Conclusion Using neural network as the primaxy screening tool can greatly decrease the cost of DM screening,which is a new promising epidemiological method.
