儿童型流感疫苗(防感灵)的安全性及免疫原性研究

Study on Safety and Immunity of Influenza Vaccine for Children

摘要: 目的探讨儿童型流感疫苗(巴斯德·梅里厄生物制品公司)的安全性和免疫原性。方法在天津市边缘地区托儿所随机选取3岁以下69名儿童接种儿童型流感疫苗,观察其接种反应发生率和3型抗体阳性率。结果局部反应发生率为2.9%,全身反应发生率为7.2%,免后甲1、甲3和乙型流感病毒血凝抑制抗体(HI)阳转率分别达837%,776%和85.7%,而免后3型HI≥1:40率分别为95.9%,95.9%,38.8%.结论儿童型流感疫苗安全性是可靠的,免疫原性除对乙型毒株不太理想外,对甲1和甲3型是良好的。

Abstract: Objective To study safety and immunogenicity of the influenza vaccine for children(Pastedur Merieux Biological Products Co.,Ltd).Methods Sixty-nine children aged below three years were selected randomly living in suburb of Tianjin city and vaccinating the influenza vaccine.Results The local-reaction rate was 2.9% and the systemic-reaction rate was 7.2%.The antibody positive rate of the influenza type H1N1,type H3N2 and type B was 83.7%,77.6% and 85.7% respectively after vaccination.The rate of antibody titer for three type≥1:40,were 95;9%,95.9%,38.8% respectively.Conclusion The vaccine was safe and the immunity of the influenza vaccine was good except type B.
