微波溶样在元素检测方面的应用研究

Study on Application of Microwave Acid-digestion in Determination of Metal Elements

  • 摘要: 目的 建立较系统的微波溶样体系,准确测定样品中的元素含量。方法 利用Milestone高压微波消解系统对动物性、植物性、水产品、粮谷类、油脂类、人发、化妆品等样品采用硝酸、双氧水消解系统,并利用国家标准物质茶叶、牛肝等验证了方法的准确度与精密度。结果 采用硝酸、双氧水消解体系,方法准确度92%~103%;方法精密度12%~80%.结论 建立了科学消解体系与程序,方法快速、灵敏、准确,各项技术指标达到或超过国家标准要求,有一定的推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Objective A ML S-1200 microwave digestion system is developed for determination of metal elements accurately.Methods Samples from animals,plants,aquatic products,grain,fat,human hair and cosmetics are digested with nitric acid,hydrogen peroxide solution using high-pressure microwave digestion of Milstone.In addition,the accuracy and precision is verified by using national standard substances of tea,cow liver.Results Accuracy of the method is 92%-103% by using the digesting system of nitric acid,hydrogen peroxide solution;the precision of the mothod is 1.2%-8.0%.Conclusion Scientific digesting system and process is developed.It is rapid,sharp,accurate.All technical indexes come to or exceed the requirement of national standard with the value of populizing and applying.
