海带提取物对脂质过氧化和血液流变学的影响

Effect of Laminaria Japonica-extract on Peroxidation and Hemorheology

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨海带提取物抗脂质过氧化和降血脂及血液粘度的作用.方法 采用生化检测的方法,研究小鼠经口给予海带提取物一个月后,血浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及全血谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)含量的变化;大鼠给予海带提取物的同时给予高脂饲料一个月,测定血脂及血液粘度的变化.结果 海带提取物组SOD明显高于对照组,MDA明显低于对照组,GSH-PX无明显变化.大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、全血高切粘度、低切粘度、血浆粘度及纤维蛋白原均明显低于阳性对照组.结论 海带提取物具有明显的抗脂质过氧化和降血脂血液粘度作用.

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the effect of laminaria japonica-extract(LJE)on antiperoxidation and hemorheology.Methods The variation of SOD、MDA and GSH-PX in the blood of treated mice(administrated with LJE for one month) and control mice was quantitated with biochemical technique.The levels of blood-lipids and blood viscosity in rats serum of test group(administered with high lipid food combined with LJE for one month)and control group(administered with only high lipid food)was detected.Results The level of SOD in the plasma of treated mice were significantly higher than the normal group,and the level of MDA was much lower than the normal mice and the level of GSH-PX in the blood of mice had no significant difference between LJE group and normal group.The experimental results of LJE on antilipemicim and Hemorheology showed that the levels of blood-lipids and blood viscosity in treated rats were significantly lower than the control rats.Conclusion LJE had some effect on antiperoxidation and blood viscosity.
