纳豆菌对致病者生长抑制作用的初步研究

Intial Study on Inhibital Effect of Bacillus Natto on O157:H7.Staphylococus Aureus and Salmonella

  • 摘要: 目的探讨纳豆菌与O157:H7、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门菌这3种致病菌分别共同培养时细菌数的变化情况.方法分别培养纳豆菌和3种病菌并进行纯化.①选取培养纳豆菌与致病菌同时培养;②先培养纳豆菌8h,再加致病菌.分别观察抑制结果.结果纳豆菌对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用较为明显;对O157:H7也有一定的抑制作用;而沙门菌的抑制作用不明显.如果将纳豆菌先培养6~8h,再将O157:H7、金黄色葡萄球接种进去共同培养,则抑菌作用更为明显.结论纳豆菌在液体培养基中抑制作用明显.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the change of bacteria number when Bacillus natto was cultured with O157:H7、Staphylococcus Aureus、Salmonella respectively.MethodsTo cultivate bacillus and three types of pathogenetic bacteria respectively and to purify meanwhile.①To select cultivated bacillus and to cultivate them with pathogenetic bacteria together;②To cultivate bacillus for 8 hr then add pathogenetic bacteria.To observe inhibital effects respectively.ResultsThe effect of Bacillus natto on Staphylococcus Aureus was apparent.Bacillus natto had inhibital effect on O157:H7 on some degree,while it didn't have apparent effect on Salmonella.ConclusionAfter Bacillus natto was cultured for 6~8 hours,aureus O157:H7,Staphylococcus Aureus was aureused.The effect of inhibition was more apparent.
