痢疾杆菌耐药情况与质粒谱分析研究

Analysis and Study on Antibiotic Resistance and Plasmid Profiles of Shigella

  • 摘要: 目的 了解红河地区痢疾杆菌耐药及质粒谱分布情况.方法 对分离自医院的66株痢疾杆菌流行株应用纸片扩散法测定细菌对13种抗生素敏感性,并采用Kado法进行质粒抽提.结果 红河地区痢疾杆菌耐药情况严重(100%),多重耐药普遍(9545%),耐药谱型分散,计有36种耐药谱型;共检出8种不同分子量的质粒,350Md和120Md单质粒检出率较高,分别为4242%和4545%;质粒谱型有12种,但以350Md和120Md单质粒谱型为主,合计占6818%.结论 将耐药谱型与质粒谱型进行比较,具有相同质粒谱型的菌株,其耐药谱型可相同,亦可不同,两者关系有待进一步探讨.结合文献报道,估计120Md是痢疾菌毒力质粒,并推测350Md是否为本地区的R质粒

     

    Abstract: Objective To comprehened the resistant state of shigella and plasmid profiles of shigella isolated in Honghe area.Methods the susceptibilityes to thirteen antibiotics 66 shigella epidemic strains obtained from hospitals were detected by disk diffusion method,the plasmid were extracted by Kado.Results One hundrend percent strains were resistant,94、45 percent strains were resistand to 3 or more kinds of antibiotics.There were 36 types of antibioti-cresistant profiles,much dispersing.Eight kinds of different weight molecular plasmid were found.350Md and 120Md plasmid were more prevalent,the percentages were 42.42% and 45.45%.There were 12 type of plasmid profiles.The type of 350Md and 120Md were primary,accounting for 68.18%.Conclusion In comparison with antibiotic-resistant profiles,the same PP-type strains existed different of identical antibiotic-resistant profiles.The relationship between the pp-type and antibiotic-resistant profiles had to be invest igated as further.Combing reports of literature,120Md was est imated as invasive plasmid of shigella.It indicated that 350Md were R plasmid of Hong he district.
