胃癌中CD44v6与P53的表达及与淋巴结转移的关系

Relationship between Expression of CD44v6 and P53 in Gastric Carcinoma and Metastitic Lymphodes

摘要: 目的探讨CD44v6、P53在胃癌中的表达与淋巴结转移的关系.方法应用免疫组化SP法检测42例胃癌原发灶、38例胃良性病变及28例淋巴结转移灶CD44v6、P53的表达.结果 CD44v6和P53在胃癌与胃良性病变中的阳性表达率分别为55%和20%,52.3%和7%,两者之间有明显差异(P<0.05).CD44v6、P53在淋巴结转移灶中阳性表达率分别为78.5%和64.2%与未转移组相比有明显差异(P<0.05).结论 CD44v6、P53阳性表达同胃癌分化及生物学行为密切相关,是预测肿瘤侵袭转移的有价值指标.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of CD44v6,P53 gene protein primary gastric carcinomas and metastatic lymphnoads.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to examine CD44v6,P53 expression in 38 beniga gastric disease tissue,42 gastric adenocarcinomas,and 28 metastatic adenocarcinomas lymphodes.Results The positive expression rates of CD44v6,P53 were 55% and 20%,52.3% and 7% in gastric carcinomas and beniga gastric disease,respectively.There was a signficant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The postive expression rates of CD44v6,P53 in metastatic lymphnodes were 78.5%,64.2%,respectively.There was significant difference between metastatic groups and unmetastatic lymphnodes(P<0.05).Conclusion CD44v6,P53 might be the valuable markers in assessing biological behavior,invasion,and metstases of gastric carcinomas.
