非发酵菌鉴定及耐药性分析

Analysis on Drug Resistance and Determination of Nonfermentative Gram-Negetive Bacilli

  • 摘要: 目的 了解非发酵菌感染情况及耐药特点,为临床正确合理选用抗菌药物,延缓和减少医院感染的耐药菌株产生提供科学依据.方法 对本院1999年1月~2001年12月各类临床标本培养分离出的666株非发酵菌进行分析.结果 在分离到的4272株致病菌中666株为非发酵菌,经耐药性分析提示:非发酵菌对头孢一代的耐药率达90.94%,对阿莫西林和氨曲南的耐药率分别为86.88%、44.38%.结论 非发酵菌对抗生素的耐药性已发展到一个新的高峰,提示临床医生应根据病人的病情,结合药敏试验结果对“菌”下药,正确合理使用抗菌药物.

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the charaeteristics of infection and drug resistance of nonfermentative Gram-negative bacilli and to guide the proper use of antibioties,and then to reduee the production of drug resistance stains in intective patients.Methods 666 strains of nonfermentative eram-negative baeilli from kinds of clinical specimen during 1999 Jan-2001june were analyzed retrospeetively.Results 666 strains of nonfermentative Gram-negative bacilli were separated out from the 4272 pathogenic stains(15.60%),and the rate of the drug resistanee to primary eephalosporis was approximate to 90.94%;and the rate of the drug resistanee to amoxyeillin and aztreonam attained 86.88% and 44.38% respectively.Conclusion The pereentage of nonfermentative Gram-negative baeilli separated out from positive stains is higher,and the drug resistanee to frequently-used antibiotics of nonfermentative Gram-negative baeilli is higher,we should lay emphasis on choosing correctly the antibiotics.
