麦胚提取物对免疫和抗氧化功能的影响

Effect of Wheat Embryo Extracts(WEE) on Immune System and Antioxidative Function

  • 摘要: 目的探讨面粉加工副产品麦胚的脂溶性提取物对机体免疫和抗氧化等多种功能的影响。方法实验动物分为对照组、环磷酰胺组、麦胚提取物组、麦胚提取物+环磷酰胺组。15天后观察各组腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、吞噬指数、消化程度、血清半数溶血值、肝脏SOD的变化。另设对照组、实验1组,每日1次给予麦胚提取物0.025ml,实验2组隔日1次给予麦胚提取物0.025ml,观察受试动物游泳开始至死亡的时间。结果小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、血清半数溶血值、肝脏超氧化物歧化酶、游泳时间4项指标,实验组与对照组相比,均有显着性差异(P<0.01、P<0.05、P<0.05、P<0.05)。结论麦胚提取物在免疫调节、抗氧化、抗疲劳等方面均有较强的生理活性,可能与其富含多不饱和脂肪酸、维生素E等营养素有关。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the effect of wheat by-product,WEE on immune system,antioxidant and other functions.MethodsThe whole experimental animals were divided into four groups including the control,CP,WEEand WEE+CP.ResultsThere were significant in phagocy tize rate in peritoneal macrophage,half value of hemolysin in serum,SODin liver and swimming time of ex perimental groups compared with the control(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05).ConclusionWEE had ability to adjust immune function and change oxidative stress,which might be attributed to WEE containing polyunsatur ated fatty acid,vitamin E and other elements.
