Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the effect of wheat by-product,WEE on immune system,antioxidant and other functions.
MethodsThe whole experimental animals were divided into four groups including the control,CP,WEEand WEE+CP.
ResultsThere were significant in phagocy tize rate in peritoneal macrophage,half value of hemolysin in serum,SODin liver and swimming time of ex perimental groups compared with the control(

ConclusionWEE had ability to adjust immune function and change oxidative stress,which might be attributed to WEE containing polyunsatur ated fatty acid,vitamin E and other elements.
