摘要:
目的探讨细胞粘附分子变异体(CD44v6)在结直肠癌中的表达及与患者预后的关系。
方法应用SP免疫组织化学法检测CD44v6蛋白在120例结直肠癌中的表达。
结果 CD44v6在结直肠癌中的阳性表达率为31.7%(38/120);CD44v6的阳性表达与淋巴结转移和Dukes'分期有关(P < 0.05);有淋巴结转移组CD44v6的阳性表达率比无淋巴结转移组高; 且随着Dukes'分期的加深, CD44v6的阳性表达率逐渐增高; CD44v6的表达与结直肠癌患者的生存时间有关(P < 0.01), CD44v6阳性表达的患者预后较差。
结论 CD44v6的表达与结直肠癌淋巴结转移、Dukes'分期和患者生存时间有关。CD44v6可能为影响结直肠癌患者预后的一个重要因素。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of CD44v6 and prognosis of colorectal carcino ma(CRC).
Methods The expression of CD44v6 in 120 CRC cases was detected by Streptavidin-Peroxidase immunohisto chemical technique.
Results The positive expression rate of CD44v6 in CRC was 31.7% (38/120).The positive expression of CD44v6 in CRC was significantly associated with lymph nodes metastasis and Dukes stage(P < 0.05).The positive expression rate of CD44v6 in CRC withly mph nodes metastasis was significantly higher than that without lymph nodes metas tasis; the positive expression rate of CD44v6 was gradually increasing when Dukes stage deeping.CD44v6 expression was correlated to survival time of CRC cases(P < 0.01).
Conclusion CD44v6 expression in CRC is associated with Dukes stage, lymph nodes metastasis and survival time of CRC cases.CD44v6 is a prognostic factor of CRC probably.
