依布哂啉的稳定性及杂质和急性毒性试验

Test of stability and impurity and acute toxicity of Ebselen

  • 摘要:
      目的   了解合成的依布哂啉(Ebs)的稳定性和杂质及急性毒性。
      方法   采用高效液相色谱法测定2~8℃及室温下和0~4年中的Ebs的含量; 亚硝酸盐氮和苯胺分别用比色法测定, 成年小鼠3次/24h灌胃的死亡率。
      结果   Ebs在2~8℃中可保存3年, 亚硝酸盐氮和苯胺的含量为4.83μg/kg和1.78mg/kg, 小鼠3次经口的LD50为2355.05mg/kg。
      结论   Ebs质量可靠, 性能稳定, 安全性高, 可供开发研究。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To understand the stability and the impurity of the synthesized Ebselen(Ebs)and the acute toxicity.
      Methods   The content preserved in the 2~8℃ and temperature of room in the 0~4 years of Ebs was measured by high performace liguid chromatography(HPLC).Nitric nitrit(NO2-N)and phenylamine.were detected with chromatometry and the acute toxicity test was done.Adult mice were lavaged 3 times per 24 hours and the mortality rate was observed.
      Results   The stability of Ebs could be kept for 3 years in the 2~8℃.The content of NO2-N and phenylamine were 4.83μg/kg and 1183 mg/kg respectively.The median lethal dose(LD50)of the mice who was lavaged 3 times was 2 355.05 mg/kg.
      Conclusion   The quality of Ebs is reliable and stable.The security is high and it can be used for exploitation and study.
