青少年生殖健康现状及服务利用状况调查

Investigation on adolescent reproductive health status and service in Hubei province

摘要:
目的掌握我省青少年生殖健康现状及服务利用情况, 以便为广大青少年提供青春期生殖健康适宜的服务方式和途径.
方法采用不等比分层整群抽样的方法, 以社区为基础, 对我省大、中城市3156名青少年生殖健康现状及服务利用情况进行了入户问卷调查.
结果我省青少年生殖健康知识缺乏, 生殖健康服务及利用不足, 生殖健康服务需求存在多种形式和多种内容.
结论湖北省青少年生殖健康知识认知水平低, 应通过多种途径积极开展青少年生殖健康服务, 建立和配备促进青春期生殖健康的医疗服务体系和人力资源.

Abstract:
Objective To understand the adolescent r producitve healthe status and service in Hubei province.To develop the proper service method and path for promoting adolescent resproductive health.
Methods Astructured questionnaire survey into the door was conducted among 3 156 adolescent based on community selected by randomized cluster sampling in Hubei province.
Results In Hubei province, adolescent's knowledge and making use of service on reproducitve health were low.There were a various of for ms and contents about reproductive health needs.
