大学生心理卫生状况影响因素分析
Analysis on influencial factors on mental health in college students

摘要:目的 探讨大学生心理健康状况的影响因素, 以便采取有效措施促进大学生心理健康发展.方法 多阶段整群抽样抽取西安某高校大学生2010名, 利用精神症状自评量表(Symptom CheckList, SCL90)进行心理健康状况问卷调查, 用主成分分析法和多元逐步回归分析大学生心理健康状况的影响因素.结果 SCL-90量表的9个因子进行主成分分析的结果, Kaisex Meyer Olkin(KMO)测度值为0.802, Bartlett球形检验的χ2为998.138, 达到显著性.9个因子可以抽取出一个共同因子, 解释总变异量为73.63%.多元回归分析大学生心理健康状况的影响因素为:感觉自己现在的健康的状况, 感觉学习压力程度, 认为自己的性格类型, 现在是否患有疾病和对家庭成员关系的满意程度.结论 SCL90量表的9个因子适合进行主成分分析, 且最后抽取出的一个共同因子可以代表 9个因子情况.Abstract:Objective To explore the influencing factors of the mental health in college students.Methods Total number of 2 010 college students were selected randomly as the subjects.All subjects were investigated by Sysptom Chech Lis-t90 (SCL-90)and the status of mental health of these subjects was analyzed by multi-variable regression.Results Only one main factor was found in the nine factors in the SCL-90.The following factors were influential factors for psycholog ical status of the college students:bad heath status; the heavy study stress; reckoning on themselves was diffidence; the relationship of the folk.Conclusion The nine factors of SCL-90 are suitable for principal component analysis, and the common factorextracted at last can represent the status of nine factors.
