三峡库区初中学生生活质量及其影响因素调查

Investigation on factors influencing quality of life among junior high school students of Three-Gorges reservior

  • 摘要:
      目的   对长江三峡库区中学生的生活质量及其影响因素进行基线调查。
      方法   选择三峡库区2个区县非库区一个区, 分别抽取城乡中学2所, 对其中的初中学生进行问卷调查, 用自编《初中学生生活质量评定量表》进行生活质量测评及影响因素分析。
      结果   三峡库区初中学生的总体生活质量处于中等水平, 4个维度得分56~77分之间, 13个因子得分在45~82分之间; 影响库区初中学生生活质量的主要因素包括: 是否住校、睡眠时间、运动时间、父亲文化程度、父母亲教育方式、是否患有慢性病、视力、家庭结构及城乡居住地等。
      结论   切实减轻学生学习负担, 重视学生慢性病的预防与控制, 积极发展经济, 提高父母的文化素养是提高库区学生生活质量的关键。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To investigate the quality of life and its influencing factors among Junior High School Students of Three-Gorges Reservoir in Chongqing.
      Methods   Two counties were randomly sampled form Three-Gorges Reservior in Chongqing.Collecting data by the means of stratified cluster sampling.672 junior high school students were sampled form two counties of Three Gorges Reservoir in Chongqing, then their quality of life and its influencing factors were tested by "Quality of Life Scale for Junior High School Students"(JHSS-QOLS).
      Results   Generic quality of life of junior high school students in Three-Gorges Reservoir in Chongqing stayed in its mean lievel.Four dimensions score were placed between 56~77.Thirteen factors score were placed between 45~82.Chronic disease, poor vision, sleep, pohysical exercise, structure of family, educational level of father and parental rearing style were important influencing factors in quality of life of students.
      Conclusion   The key steps of promoting the quality of life should include lightening of the learning load, the prevention and control of chronic disease, the development of economy, and the improvement of parental educational level.
