纳米锌对小鼠血清生化指标的影响

Effect of Nano-zinc powder on mice serum biochemical indexes

      目的   探讨纳米锌材料对小鼠血清生化指标的影响。
      方法   小鼠以5 g/(kg·bw)剂量的纳米或微米粒径锌粉一次经口灌胃, 14 d后处死取血清, 观察血清常规生化指标的变化。
      结果   纳米锌粉组小鼠血清除乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)与对照组比较有明显升高外(P < 0.05), 其余血清生化指标与对照组相比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05);而微米锌粉组小鼠血清LDH、HBDH、丙氨酸氨基移换酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、假性胆碱脂酶(ChE)等多个生化指标均比对照组有明显升高(P < 0.05);纳米锌粉组小鼠血清LDH、HBDH、ChE等生化指标水平明显低于微米锌粉组(P > 0.05)。
      结论   纳米级锌粉对小鼠血清生化指标的影响与微米锌粉有所不同。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To explore the effect of Nano-zinc powder on mice serum biochemical indexes.
      Methods   The mice were treated by one single oral dose of nano-zinc or micron-zinc powder at 5 g/(kg·bw).After 14 days, the mice were sacrificed and the serum were collected for biochemical analysis.
      Results   In Nano-zinc group, only the serum LDH, HBDH were obviously higher than that in control group(P > 0.05), but in micron-zinc powder group, the serum LDH, HBDH, ALT, ALP, CHE, LAP, TP, ALB, AST, UA, BUN, Ca, P, TG were higher significantly than that in control group(P > 0.05).The serum LDH, HBDH, ChE, LAP, TP, ALB, Ca of Nano-zinc group were lower than those in micron-zinc powder group significantly(P > 0.05).
      Conclusion   In general the Nano-zinc has difference effect on mice biochemical indexes as compared with the micron zinc powder.
