中学生艾滋病防治健康教育状况调查

Investigation on health education status about AIDS prevention and control among middle school students

摘要:
目的了解陕西省商洛市艾滋病(AIDS)防治示范县初、高中学生AIDS防治知识知晓状况, 为制定适合中学生的健康教育方法提供依据.
方法在商洛市选取全国艾滋病综合防治示范县—商南县、山阳县、镇安县的全日制中学生, 按分层整群随机抽样的原则选取1 211人参与本次小组访谈及问卷调查.
结果中学生艾滋病防治各项知识正答率: 基本知识为80.06%, 流行情况为74.35%, 传播途径为69.36%, 预防措施为66.47%, 正确态度为81.36%.
结论虽然中学生对各项AIDS防治知识的正答率均在60%以上, 但分布不均, 且相当一部分人对于AIDS处于无知状态.提示应采取形式多样、途径各异的适合中学生特点的方式进行健康教育.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the status of comprehension on know ledge about AIDS prevention and control among the middle school students in the Model Counties in Shangluo city, and provide the basis for making schema for middle school students.AID Shealth education.
Methods In the southeast of Shaan'xi province, the Shang luo city, the Model Counties of AIDS preventio n and control)))Shangnan county, Shanyang county and Zhen.an county were selected, in this all middle school students, obey the rules of full group and delaminated random sampling methods, 1 211 persons were selected to join in the research which include two parts: questionnaires and group discussions.
Results The right answer rate of every sides about these district: Basic Knowledge(80.06%), Epidemic Status(74.35%), Transmit Way(69.36%), Prevent Measures(66.47%), and Right Attitude(81.36%).
Conclusion It.s not a unifo rm distribution in everysort of group, though the every right answer rate is higher than 60%, and quite a lot of students are ignorance for AIDS.Multiple formats and different roads shoud be adopted to make health education for them.
