老年高血压病患者心理状况及影响因素分析

摘要:
目的了解老年高血压患者心理卫生状况与相关影响因素.
方法采用SCL-90自评量表、社会支持评定量表和艾森克人格问卷(成人), 对郑州城区116例高血压患者和186名健康者进行调查.
结果老年高血压患者心理卫生状况较差, 与性别、年龄、职业、文化程度社会支持量表(SSRS)总分、主观支持、倾向性、稳定性和精神病性有不同程度的相关(P < 0.05, P < 0.01或P < 0.001).
结论加强老年高血压患者的心理卫生服务, 可提高老年高血压患者的生活质量.

Abstract:
Objective To study the mental health of the elderly with hypertension and its related factors.
Methods 116 elderly with hypertension and 186 health elderly were investigated and anlyzed by Sy mptom Checklist90(SCL-90), Social Support Rat ing Scale(SSRS)and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ).
Results The patients with hypertension were in worse mental health than the health contrasting group.Stepwise regression indicated that education, the total score of social support, subjective support, EPQ-N, and EPQ-Pwere major factors.
Conclusion Reinforcing mental health ser vices can enhance the living quality of the elderly with hypertension.
