Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the effect of multiplex dietary intervention on the hypertension of elderly adults in the communities.
MethodResidents chosen from basic survey were distributed to two group,197 cases in the intervention group and 180 cases in the control group.
ResultsBefore and after the experiment,BMI,waist circumference(WC),SBPand DBP declined obviously(
P<0.05).
ConclusionThe effect of multiplex intervention,of which primary char acteristic was intervention by coarse food on the elderly adults with hypertension was favorable in communities.
