贵阳市城区老年人代谢综合征流行病学调查

Epidemiology investigation on metabolic syndrome among elders in urban communities of Guiyang city

摘要: 目的了解贵阳市老年人代谢综合征(MS)的流行状况.方法采用多阶段抽样的方法,抽取贵阳市城区5个办事处26个社区1 508个≥60岁的老年人为调查对象,进行横断面调查.结果贵阳市老年人MS患病率为23.5%,不同性别的老年人MS患病率差异有统计学意义.不同职业、年龄、文化程度的老年人MS患病率差异无统计学意义.MS项目中阳性率最高为高血压,其MS项目组合最高为“超重+高血压+血脂紊乱”.结论贵阳市MS的流行率较高,应加强对老年人心血管防治为主的疾病控制策略.

Abstract: Objective To study prevalence of metabolic syndrome(MS)among the elders aged 60 years and over in Guiyang.Methods Using multistage sampling,1508 old people aged 60 years and over were surveyed among 26 communities of Guiyang.Chi-square test and t test were used in data analysis.Results Among the elders aged 60 years and over,MS prevalence rate was 23.5% and adjust prevalence rate was 21.04%.There was statistical difference between men and women.There were not statistical differences for MS in different occupation,age and education.Hypertension showed a high rate among MS indexes.Combination of overweigh,hypertension and non-normal serum lipid was the highest in MS combination.Conclusion The prevalence rate of MS is high in Guiyang.It is an importanthealth strategy to prevent cardiovascular diseases among the elders in Guiyang City.
