副溶血性弧菌流行群特异多重PCR鉴定

A pandemic group-specific multiplex PCR assay application in identification of pandemic vibrio parahaemolyticus

  • 摘要: 目的建立适于基层单位应用的针对副溶血性弧菌流行群的特异多重PCR方法。方法查找副溶血性弧菌的基因序列,将当前流行群的序列和以往副溶血性弧菌的序列进行比较,设计针对流行群的PCR引物,并进行多重PCR扩增。结果运用群特异多重PCR法可特异性的扩增出当前流行群副溶血性弧菌的目的基因片段,可大大缩短鉴定时间。结论群特异多重PCR法能快速鉴定当前副溶血性弧菌流行群,有利于流行病学溯源等。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveIn order to set up rapid identification for the pandemic vibrio parahaemolyticus,develope a pandemic group-specific multiplex PCR assay for base unit.MethodsTo find out the sequence of vibrio parahaemolyticus,design a multiplex PCR primers for pandemic vibrio parahaemolyticus amplification.ResultsThe aim gene fragment can be amplified by a multiplex PCR assay,it largely reduce the time of identification.ConclusionThe pandemic group-specific multiplex PCR assay can fast identify pandemic vibrio parahaemolyticus and providing a methodology for searching epidemic pathogen.
