徐州市云龙区居民健康状况调查

Investigation on health status of residents in Yunlong district

摘要: 目的了解徐州市云龙区社区居民健康状况,为社区干预研究提供对策。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,通过问卷进行社区居民健康调查,并对部分居民进行体检。结果徐州市云龙区居民老龄化程度较高,但城乡各社区差异有统计学意义(χ²=312.701,P<0.05);各社区内部与社区间收入差距较大(F=854.650,P<0.05);与生活方式有关的慢性病患病率较高,并不同程度出现年轻化趋势(χ²=3829.950,P<0.05)。结论应加强对居民生活方式的干预和相关的慢性病管理,提高社区居民健康水平。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the health status and provide intervention countermeasure for Yunlong district residents in Xuzhou.MethodsAstratified random sampling was conducted among inhabitants with questionnaire and partial health examination in Yunlong district,Xuzhou.ResultsThe aging people were higher and there was significant difference among communities(χ²=312.701,P<0.05);Income difference among communities was significant(F=854.650,P<0.05);Prevalence of chronic diseases related to life style were higher,and had a tendency toward young among inhabitants (χ²=3829.950,P<0.05).ConclusionThe health status for residents should be improved by strengthening the management of chronic diseases related to life style.
