铅镉联合作用对大鼠肾脏脂质过氧化影响

Combined effects of lead and cadmium on peroxidation of endoirine in kidneys of rats

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨铅镉联合作用在大鼠肾脏脂质过氧化中的复合暴露效应.方法 用蒸馏水作为对照溶液,用含铅0.88%的醋酸铅溶液,含镉0.30%的氯化镉溶液以及这2种剂量的混合溶液对大鼠进行90d染毒实验.测定肾脏脂质过氧化指标.结果 染毒组均出现脂质过氧化作用,联合染毒组效果尤为明显.结论 铅镉联合染毒大鼠肾脏脂质过氧化作用中表现为协同效应.

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the combined effects of lead and cadmium on peroxidation of endoirine in kidneys of rats.Methods The control group was lavaged with distilled water,while the lead exposure group was lavaged lead acetate with lead of 0.88%,the cadmium exposure group was lavaged cadmium chloride with cadmium of 0.3%,the combined exposure group was lavaged with the mixture of the lead exposure group and the cadmium exposure group.The targets on peroxidation of endorine were measured.Results All of the poisoned groups had the effect of peroxidation of endoirine,especially in combined exposure group.Conclusion The combined effects of and cadmuim on peroxidation of in kidneys of rats represent synergism.
