Abstract: Objective To know HIV/AIDS for the full implementation of free anti-retroviral HIV efficient therapeutic effect in Nanzhang and evaluate anti-HIV drug practicality.Methods Comprehend calendar year mortality,CD4 T lymphocytes of patients,viral load and resistance,the survival rate from three factors,analysis and evaluation of patients from different angles treatment.Results After treatment mortality declined significantly,CD4 T lymphocytes near normal viral load 50 cp/ml follow ing,three-year survival rates as high as 68.97%,revealing a comprehensive free anti-virus treatment to the good results.Conclusion Efficient anti retroviral therapy(HAVART)is the effictive method for the extention of life for AIDS patients,improve the quality of life.However,it needs to overcome drug resistance.
