深圳市不同鱼体中挥发酚污染及评价

Assessment of volatile phenol pollution in fish in Shenzhen

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨深圳市不同鱼体中挥发酚污染状况。方法 采用4-氨基安替吡啉萃取及直接流动注射比色法测定鱼挥发酚。采用参考标准≤0.2 mg/kg,判断鱼的卫生质量。结果 海水鱼中挥发酚平均质量浓度0.196mg/kg,显著高于淡水鱼0.045 mg/kg(P<0.05),前者有25.7%超过标准,其中银鲳鱼占85.7%,且最大质量浓度超过2.7倍,后者无一例超标,鲤鱼挥发酚质量浓度居其它鱼之前(0.065 mg/kg),加洲鲈鱼最低(0.027 mg/kg)。结论 深圳市海水鱼中挥发酚污染较普遍。应深入调查养殖海域条件及环境,开展监督及治理。

     

    Abstract: Objective To evaluate the volatile phenol contamination in freshwater and marine fish in Shenzhen.Methods 4-amiantipyrine calomnetric method and flow injection-spectrophotometric method were used to determine the concentration of volatile phenol in samples and ≤0.2 mg/kg was used as reference standard to judge the sanitary quality of fish.Results The average volatile phenol concentration of fish from marine and freshwater was 0.196 mg/kg and 0.045 mg/kg,respectively.Marine fish had higher concentration than freshwater fish(P<0.05).25.7% of marine fish had average concentration greater than the international standard(0.2 mg/kg)established by China National Standard Management Department.The white pomfret accounted for 85.7% of samples over the standard and the concentration was 2.7 fold higher than that of standard.The contamination of volatile phenol in freshwater fish was moderate.Volatile phenol was relatively high in carp(0.065 mg/kg)and low in weever(0.027 mg/kg).Conclusion Volatile phenol contamination appears to be potential threat to people's health.Related monitoring should be increased.
