综合营养干预对中老年妇女骨密度影响

Research on improved conditions of osteoporosis in middle aged and aged women by comprehensive nutritional intervention

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨综合营养措施对预防和改善中老年妇女骨密度的作用。方法 以185名骨密度水平较低的中老年妇女为研究对象,根据年龄、骨密度水平等因素均衡后随机分为3组。干预A组每天补充钙、维生素D3和大豆异黄酮,同时进行营养宣传教育;干预B组和对照组使用安慰剂,干预B组同时进行营养宣传教育,对照组不进行营养宣传教育。通过比较干预前后骨密度变化情况,评价其效果。结果 干预A组对象腰椎(L2~4<)侧位的骨密度平均值整体均数上升3.53%,由干预前的(0.5317±0.0831)上升至干预后的(0.5505±0.0949);干预B组上升1.71%,由干预前的(0.5307±0.0946)上升至干预后的(0.5398±0.0939);对照组下降4.75%,由(0.5297±0.0858)下降至(0.5046±0.0806);干预组与对照组骨密度变化比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采取适量补充钙、维生素D3及大豆异黄酮和(或)营养宣传教育等综合营养干预措施,对预防和改善中老年妇女骨质疏松具有显著作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of the comprehensive nutritional intervention and education on nutrition -related knowledge.Methods Bone density of 185 middle aged and aged women volunteers' side vertebrae(L2~4)was detected by using dual energy x-ray absorptionmetry.The subjects were divided into 3 groups randomly according to subjects' age and the levels of bone density.Group A was supplemented with daily 500 mg calcium,200 IU vitamin D3,90 mg soybean isoflavones,and was educated with nutrition-related knowledge.Group B was taught with nutrition-related knowledge while the control group did not.Results The average of bone density of the side vertebrae(L2~4)in group A increased by 3.35% while group B rose by 1.71%.However,the control group decreased by 4.75%.The variation of bone density between experimental group and control group has a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nutritional intervention and nutrition-related knowledge have significant effects on preventing and improving the conditions of osteoporosis in middle aged and aged women.
