山东省结核病控制项目10年效果分析

Evaluation on TB control programme in Shandong province

摘要: 目的评价山东省实施结核病控制项目10年效果。方法对1996~2005年山东省结核病控制项目季报表及相关资料进行分析和评价。结果 10年间,全省累计发现涂阳肺结核病人201 048例,涂阳登记率、新涂阳登记率及治愈率呈逐年上升态势,初治涂阳和复治涂阳平均治愈率分别为95.99%和94.26%。结论山东省结核病控制项目效果显著,提高了肺结核病人发现和治疗管理水平,使结核病防治技术进入规范化管理。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of TB control progr amme in Shandong province.Methods The data from TB quarterly,annual reporting system and other related information during 1990~2005 was collected and analyzed.Results During 10 years,201048 smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis cases were detected.The trend in the no tification rate and cure rate showed up by years.The average cure rate of initial cases and re-treatment cases with smear-positive were 95.99% and 94.26% respectively.Conclusion The successful implementation of TB control progr amme improved the detection and management of TB patients.It lead the TB control into a new stage of standardized management.
