UBIO对梭曼诱导家兔过氧化损伤保护作用

Protection of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation against peroxidative damage induced by soman in rabbits

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨家兔梭曼急性中毒的过氧化损伤及紫外线照射充氧自血回输(UBIO)治疗的抗氧化保护作用。方法 将100只健康家兔随机分为5组,包括正常对照组、中毒组、常规治疗组、UBIO治疗组及UBIO联合常规治疗(复合治疗)组,观察梭曼中毒14 d后家兔血清及肝组织中总抗氧力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果 家兔梭曼中毒后血清及肝组织中T-AOC、SOD活性((5.6±1.6),(187.6±50.1)KU/L;(2.06±0.26),(12.30±2.19)KU/g·prot)明显低于正常对照组((7.6±2.4),(233.2±24.4)KU/L;(2.53±0.27),(20.95±4.34)KU/g·prot)(P<0.01),而MDA含量((0.11±0.11)μmol/L;(2.65±0.12)μmol/g·prot)明显高于正常对照组((0.08±0.02)μmol/L;(1.38±0.15)μmol/g·prot)(P<0.01)。经UBIO治疗或复合治疗后,血清及肝组织中T-AOC,SOD活性((7.6±1.4),(229.4±0.7)KU/L,(2.63±0.35),(24.05±4.66)KU/g·prot;(7.5±1.8),(230.0±24.7)KU/L;(2.67±0.35),(25.29±3.58)KU/g·prot)明显高于中毒组(P<0.01),而MDA含量((0.08±0.01)μmol/L,(0.08±0.01)μmol/g·prot)明显低于中毒组(P<0.01)。结论 家兔梭曼中毒后可有明显的过氧化损伤,UBIO治疗有明显的抗氧化作用,可以用于急性梭曼中毒的治疗或辅助治疗。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the effect of peroxidative damage induced by soman in rabbits and the protection of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation(UBIO).Methods One hundred health rabbits were randomly divided into five groups including normal control,intoxication,routine therapy,UBIO therapy and UBIO combined routine therapy(compound therapy)group.Fourteen days after intoxication,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),total antioxidative capacity(TAOC)and contents of malondiadehyde(MDA)of sera and livertissues were determined respectively.Results The serum and liver T-AOC,SOD activities in intox ication group(5.6±1.6),(187.6±50.1)KU/L;(2.06±0.26),(12.30±2.19) KU/(·)were significantly lower compared with normal control group(7.6±2.4),(233.2±24.4)KU/L;(2.53±0.27),(20.95±4.34)KU/(·)(P<0.01),but the MDA contents(0.11±0.11)mol/L;(2.65±0.12)mol/(g# prot)were significantly higher than that of normal control group(0.08±0.02)mol/L;(1.38±0.15)mol/(·)(P <0.01).After UBIO or compound ther apy,the activities of T-A OC and SOD in sera and liver tissues(7.6±1.4),(229.4 ±0.7)KU/L,(2.63±0.35),(24.05±4.66)KU/(·);(7.5±1.8),(230.0±24.7)KU/L,(2.67±0.35),(25.29 ±3.58)KU/(·)were significantly increased compared with that of intoxication group(P<0.01).But the MDA contents(0.08?0.01)mol/L,(0.08?0.01)mol/(·)were obviously lower than that of intox ication gr oup(P< 0.01).Conclusion Soman intoxication have obviously peroxidative damages in rabbits and UBIO therapy have significant protection effect,so it can be used as a treatment or adjuvant treatment for acute soman intoxication.
