葡多酚对核辐射接触人员氧化损伤防护作用

Protective effect of grape procyanidins on oxidiation injury in people exposed to nuclear radiation

  • 摘要: 目的 研究葡多酚对核辐射接触人员氧化损伤的防护作用。方法 选取核辐射接触人员60名,随机分为对照组和干预组。干预组口服葡多酚100 mg/d,连续60 d。于干预前、后各抽取空腹静脉血1次,检测血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和淋巴细胞增殖活性等指标。结果 干预后对照组的T-AOC,MDA和淋巴细胞增殖活性分别为(16.02±1.89)U/ml,(4.40±0.35)和(0.82±0.70)nmol/ml;干预组则为(17.07±1.91)U/ml,(4.12±0.37)和(0.87±0.09)nmol/ml,2组间各项指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 葡多酚对核辐射接触人员氧化损伤有一定的防护作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the protective effect of grape procyanidins(GPC)on oxidiation injury of people exposed to nuclear radiation.Methods Sixty people ex posed to nuclear radiation were divided into exper imental group and control group randomly.The exper imental group were orally given 100 mg GPC per day for 60 days.Blood was drawn at 1 st and 60th day of the experiment.Total antioxo dative capacity(T-AOC),malon-dialdehy de(MDA),glutathione peroxidast(GSH-Px),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and lymphocytes proliferation activity were determind.Results T-AOC,MDA and lymphocytes proliferation act ivity of the control group was 16.02±1.89 U/ml,4.40±0.35 nmol/ml and 0.82±0.07 at 60th day,respectively.Those of the exper imental group was 17.07±1.91 U/ml,4.12±0.37 nmol/ml and 0.87±0.09,respectively.All the differences between two groups were significant(P<01 05).Conclusion GPC can to some extent protect people exposed to nuclear radiation from oxidiation injury.
