公共场所空气酸性氧化电位水消毒效果评价

Study on disinfection of air in public rooms with electrolyzed oxidizing water

  • 摘要: 目的 观察低浓度酸性氧化电位水(EOW)对公共场所空气消毒效果及消毒作用维持时间。方法 用EOW分别对坐满学生的某大学教室和坐满乘客且正在运行中的旅客列车车厢进行空气喷雾消毒。采用平板沉降法,于消毒前后的不同时间段采样。以消毒后菌落数变化、杀灭率和《公共场所空气卫生细菌学标准》作为评价指标。结果 学生教室消毒前空气菌落数为24.7 cfu/皿,消毒后,空气中的菌落数逐渐下降,在消毒后80 min时达到最低,为2.3 cfu/皿,此时杀灭率最高,为90.7%,此后菌落数逐渐回升,120 min回升到11.4 cfu/皿。旅客列车车厢消毒前空气菌落数为64.0 cfu/皿,消毒后,空气中的菌落数有逐渐下降的趋势,在消毒后20 min时达到最低,为19.2 cfu/皿,杀灭率为70.0%,此后菌落数逐渐回升,120 min时回升到21.5 cfu/皿,期间受人员流动影响,菌落数变化较大。对教室的旅客列车车厢消毒作用均可维持120 min以上。结论 低浓度EOW对人员密集的公共场所具有良好的杀菌效果,可用于人员密集公共场所的空气消毒。

     

    Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of disinfection of air in classroom and train carriage with electrolyzed oxidizing water(EOW)and deter mine the available dose and frequency of the disinfectant in disinfection process.Methods The concentration of the disinfectant used was 15mg/L(15ml/m3)in classroom and 10 mg/L(20 ml/m2)in train carriage respectively.The number of bacteria colonies at various time after disinfection was detected and the killing rate of bacteria was calculated.Results After disinfected,the number of bacteria in the air of classroom and train carriages descended gradually.After 80min disinfection,the number of bacteria in the air of the classroom was the least and the killing rate was the highest (90.7%),then the number of bacteria was slowly rising.After disinfected,the number of bacteria in the air of train carriage tended to descend,but affected by fluxion of passengers.Conclusion EOW has strong effect for disinfecting bacteria in the air of public rooms.After disinfected,the air hygienic quality in classroom and train carriage can reach hygienic standard of China.EOW can be used to disinfect the air in public rooms.
