厚朴酚超声提取条件优选

Optimization of ultrasonic extraction of magnolol from Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis

  • 摘要: 目的 优选厚朴中厚朴酚超声提取条件.方法 采用超声波法提取厚朴中的厚朴酚,研究提取溶剂、提取时间、超声功率、料液比单因素对提取率影响,在单因素试验结果的基础上进行正交设计,对厚朴中厚朴酚的超声提取条件进行优化.结果 乙酸乙酯为最佳提取溶剂,单因素确定最佳提取时间为60~80min,最佳提取功率为150~200W,最佳料液比1:15~1:25.单因素分析基础上,正交试验确定各因素对厚朴中厚朴酚的提取率的影响从大到小依次为料液比>超声功率>超声时间,最佳提取条件为以乙酸乙酯为提取溶剂,料液比l:25,超声功率175W提取时间70min,该条件下厚朴中厚朴酚的提取率为88.13%.结论 超声提取厚朴酚是一种操作简单、成本低廉、提取时间短、提取率较高的方法.

     

    Abstract: Objective To optimize the ultrasonic extraction of magnolol from Cortex Magnoliae officinalis.Methods Effects of experiment conditions,different solvents,the time of extraction,ultrasonic power and solvent to material ratio in the extraction of magnolol from Cortex Magnoliae officinalis by ultrasonic were studied based on single factor and orthogonal experiments.Results Ethyl acetate was the best extracting solvent determined by single factor experiments.The optimum extraction time,ultrasonic power and material to solvent ratio ranged from 60-80 min,150-200W and 1:15-1:25,respectively.In descending order of the impact on extraction rate based on the orthogonal experiment,the factors were material to solvent ratio,ultrasonic power and extraction time.The optimum extraction conditions found by single factor and orthogonal experiments were solvent of acetic ether,the extraction time of 70 min,and ultrasonic powe of 175W with the solvent to material ratio of 1:25.The extraction yield of magnolol from Cortex Magnoliae Offieinalis was 88.13%.Conclusion The ultrasonic extraction method is easy to handle with low cost,short extraction time and high extraction rate.
