部队医院法定传染病住院病例流行特征分析

Ratio distribution of notifiable infectious diseases among inpatients of military personnel

摘要: 目的了解部队传染病流行特征,为预防控制传染病在部队暴发流行提供科学依据.方法采用描述性流行病学及医学统计学分析方法对某部传染病疫情进行分析.结果 2004-2008年某部队每年传染病住院人数分别占住院总人数的25.48%,23.78%,17.20%,17.62%及15.92%,呈逐年下降趋势.传染病发病率前5位分别为水痘、感染性腹泻、流行性腮腺炎、病毒性肝炎及细菌性痢疾,占住院总数的79.19%.结论该部队因传染病住院比例近5年呈下降趋势,与该部队加强传染病患者重点监测,及时预防消毒和隔离防控有关.

Abstract: Objective To understand the prevalence of infectious disease among military personnel in order to provide information for control of notifiable infectious disease in the army.Methods Monitoring data of notifiable infectious diseases were collected and analyzed.Results Among all inpatients in a military ho spital,the annual ratio of in fectious disease inpatients was 25.48%,23.78%,17.20%,17.62%,and 15.92%,respectively from 2004 through 2008,repectively with a decrea singtrend.The first five disea ses were chickenpox,infectious diarrhea,mumps,viral hepatiti,sand bacillary dy sentery,accounting for 79.19% of all hospitalizton.Conclusion There is a decreasing trend for notifiable infectious disease among military personnel of a troopowing to implementation of monitoring and prevention measures.
