血清ALT及TP干、湿化学法检测比较

Comparative experiment on detection of serum ALT and TP with dry and wet chemical method

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨干、湿化学法检测血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)以及总蛋白(TP)结果的可比性。方法 参照美国国家临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)EP9-A文件,以湿化学法(HITACHI7600)为参考方法,以干化学法(VITROS950)为实验方法,分别检测80例患者新鲜血清的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)以及总蛋白(TP),对结果进行统计分析,以美国临床实验室修正法规(CLIA'88)规定的允许误差范围的1/2为标准,判断结果的可比性。结果 实验方法与参考方法的系统误差:ALT项目>1/2 CLIA'88标准为不能被接受,TP项目系统误差<1/2 CLIA'88标准临床可以接受。结论 干、湿化学法检测ALT的结果无可比性,TP有可比性。

     

    Abstract: Objective To discuss the the comparability of dry and wet chemicalme thod in the detection of serum alen ine transam inase(ALT)and total protein(TP).Methods According to the EP9-A document Clinical Laboratory Improve ment Amendments 88(United States NCCLS),wet and dry chemical method were used to detect serum ALT and TP among 80 patients.With the results of the detection,the system bias of dry and wet chemicalm ethod was evaluated according to one half of the United States National Conmmittee for Clinical Laboratory Standards(CLIAc88).Results The results of ALT were not acceptable because the system bias of ALT exceeded one half of CLIA'88 standard,but the system bias of TP did not exceed one half of CLIA'88 standard.Conclusion The results of dry chemical method and wet chemical method for de tection of serum ALT are not comparable,but the results of TP are comparable.
