Abstract: Objective To analyze the effects and influence factors of the training on rural appropriate health care technique in Shandong province and to provide reference for sustainable feasible medical technique training.Methods Totally 3 087 trainees of rural apporpriate medical technique training project from five counties were surveyed with a ques-tionnaire.The cumulative logistic regression was used in the data analyses.Results Teaching ability of experts was the most important factors for the effectiveness of technique training(odds ratioOR=383.370,P < 0.01),followed by the requiement(OR=56.997,P < 0.01) and the complexity(OR=41.223,P < 0.001) of the technique.Conclusion Good experts,flexible training method,and specific course should be promoted in rural apropriate medical techique training.
