吉林省延边州丙型病毒性肝炎感染现况调查

HCV infection among residents in Yanbian state of Jilin province

摘要: 目的了解吉林省延边朝鲜族自治州居民中丙型病毒性肝炎(HCV)感染情况.方法延边州8县市随机抽取802人进行抗-HCV检测.结果被调查者中抗-HCV阳性率为10.6%,抗-HCV阳性率随年龄的增长上升;农民中抗体阳性率为19.74%,汉族阳性率为3.3%,朝鲜族为21.17%,文化程度文盲及小学的抗体阳性率为21.7%.结论延边州抗-HCV阳性率较高;高年龄组、农民、朝鲜族以及文化程度低的人群抗体阳性率高.

Abstract: Objective To investigate hepatitis C virus(HCV) infection rate among residents in Yanbian state.Methods Totally 802 individuals were selected from 8 counties in Yanbian state.HCV antibody was tested.Results The total infection rate of HCV was 10.6%.The positive rate of anti-HCV increased with age.Among the farmer residents,19.74% were infected with HCV.The positive rate of anti-HCV was 3.3% in the Han people,while the rate was 21.17% in the Korean nationality.Among the residents with the education level of primary school or lower,21.7% were infected with HCV.Conclusion The positive rate of HCV was high among the residents in Yanbian state and the elders,peasants,Korean nationality and people with low education level had a higher infection rate of HCV.
